Patisserie Jeffery Koo

"Patisserie Jeffery Koo" also known as "PJK" is opened on 26th September 2015.

"PJK", located in Sheung Wan, is a one stop shop retailer for chocolate & dessert making utensils and ingredient.

All our "PJK" branded baking tools, accessories and materials are specially purchased from Europe. In addition, a comprehensive after sales services will be provided to you at your convenience.

Chef Koo

Chef Koo was from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. During his time at the 5 star hotel, Chef Koo established a reputation of creating "artistic desserts".

He is also one of the main apprentices of the Michelin star patisserie Chef Pierre Gagnaier.

CHEF KOO is now the host of the famous TVB TV show "Sweet Corner", teaching celebrities how to make desserts.
